FAQ.

What if I don't close a deal in the 6-week sprint?
You stay in the cohort. The mastermind exists for exactly this. Most founders close their first sprint deal between Weeks 4 and 8. Some close in Week 2. A few close in Month 2. The 12 months is built around the reality that not every cycle compresses on demand. What we don't accept: founders who don't execute. If you're not running the motions, the cohort isn't the issue.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within Week 1. Sit through the kickoff and your 1:1 diagnosis. If you decide it's not the right room, email Mamoun before Week 2 and the $5,000 refunds in 5 business days. After Week 1, non-refundable. Week 1 protects you; the lock after protects the other 9 founders.
What if I miss a session?
Group calls are recorded. 1:1s are non-reschedulable: missing either disqualifies from future cohorts. Demo Day attendance is non-negotiable. Mastermind monthly calls: miss two and we have a conversation about whether the room is still right for you.
Arabic or English?
Cohort runs in English. Most MENA founders running B2B sales operate in English with bilingual customer-facing copy. Mamoun is fluent in both. Arabic support materials available on request. Arabic 1:1s available on request.
